Masonry Works

1. Supply labour and materials to construct 50mm thick kitchen cabinet base c/w side tiling

2. Supply labour and materials to construct shower kerb complete with tiles for both bathrooms

3. Supply labour and materials to lay heavy duty homogenous floor tiles for whole house flooring excluding kitchen, 2 toilets and store room. (include $3 tiles cost)

1. Supply labour and materials to install 10mm thick casement door clear tempered glass shower screen for bathrooms

Carpentry Works

1. Design & fabricate 6ft TV feature wall with suspended TV console in laminate finishing

2. Design & fabricate 12ft fullheight casement wardrobe in laminate finishing

3. Design & fabricate 3ft full height casement shoe cabinet in laminate finishing

4. Design & fabricate 10ft bottom & 10ft top kitchen cabinet in laminate finishing.

5. c/w ABS trimming doors solid ply doors

6. c/w soft-closing hinges

9. Supply labour and materials to install 10ft quartz kitchen worktop c/w 50mmHT backsplash & 20mm thick double profile.

1. Supply labour and material to install covelight box at living room (40ft)

Plumbing Works

1. Supply labour to install kitchen sink and sink tap.

2. Supply labour to install 2 sets instant heaters / 1 set storage tank.

3. Supply labour to install 2 sets bathroom accessories.

4. Supply labour to install 2 sets of bathroom mirror

1. Supply labour to connect heaters

3. Supply labour to install all ceiling lights

Painting Works

1. Supply labour and materials to paint whole house using NIPPON vinilex 5000 (up to 5 colors)

2. Supply labour and materials to paint whole unit door frames & pipes lines using NIPPON gloss paint.

3. Supply labour and materials to do full painting protection to protect whole house

Miscellaneous Works

1. To provide haulage of building materials.

2. Supply labour to cleaning of debris of renovation site.

3. Supply labour and corrugated paper to protect existing flooring

4. Supply labour to do general cleaning upon completion of works
