1. 2 in 1 pre-packed screed at living&all bedroom flooring.

2. Lay heavy duty homogenous floor tiles at living&bedrooms. (include tiles cost at $3 per sqft)

3. Apply "DAVCO K11" HDB approved waterproofing membrance on flooring at kitchen&toilets

4. 3 in 1 waterproofing pre-packed screed on flooring at kitchen&toilets

5. Lay heavy duty homogenous floor tiles living&bedrooms. (include tiles cost at $3 per sqft)

6. 2 in 1 pre-packed screed at kitchen&toilet wall area.

7. Lay homogeneous/ceramic wall tiles at kitchen(MAX 400 sqft)&toilets
